About Lattify
The problem we solve
Every hospitality, retail, and trades business has the same problem: the person who knows how to do things isn’t always the person writing the training manual. The best knowledge lives in the heads and hands of experienced staff - and it walks out the door every time someone leaves.
Existing solutions assume you have time to sit down and document everything from scratch. You don’t. You’re running a business.
What Lattify does
Lattify turns phone videos and documents into everything your team needs to know, do, and check. Training guides they can follow, instant answers when they’re stuck (in the app or over WhatsApp), and daily checklists for every shift, all generated automatically - whether you film something new or turn your existing manuals into structured, searchable guides.
Film how something’s done. Upload your SOPs, menus, manuals. Our platform watches, reads, structures - and delivers it back as guides your team follows, knowledge they search, and checklists they run. No formatting. No writing. Edit only if you want to.
Messy procedures in, beauty out.
Why we built this
Lattify started with a house. Between 2020 and 2023 our founder renovated one almost end to end - tiling, flooring, rebuilding a staircase, joinery - learning each job from instructional videos, written guides and manufacturer manuals. The knowledge was out there, but never in a form that made the next step easy to actually do: videos were painful when you needed one specific part, written steps missed the movement and judgement in between, and manuals were either overkill or written for tradespeople. The thought that kept coming back was simple: I just want to know how to do the thing.
That became Lattify: an instructional format with the clarity of a structured manual and the richness of video, broken down step by step, that can answer a question in the moment.
The first version was built for consumers doing DIY. The same gap turned out to be far sharper in small businesses - the people running hospitality venues, shops and trades still train by shadowing and word of mouth, while desk workers had picked up Loom, Scribe and Notion. So in late 2025 we focused Lattify where the need was greatest: the frontline businesses training the next person on the job.
Who we are

Lattify is founded by Eamonn Best, who spent thirteen years in senior commercial roles at Sony Music and Spotify. As a Director at Spotify, he led major-label licensing negotiations - the deals behind the music millions stream every day. He left to build Lattify hand in hand with the businesses it serves.
He designed and built most of it himself - self-taught in full-stack, AI-assisted engineering - working alongside senior specialist contractors with 10+ years each in backend, security and infrastructure. We’re based in London and focused on the UK market, with plans to expand internationally.
Our approach
Lattify is built for how small and medium businesses actually run. Our customers don’t have L&D departments. They have busy managers who need their team up to speed yesterday.
So everything is built around that: you capture a task in minutes, it becomes guides automatically, your team uses it on their phones, and you can see what’s working without anyone having to read a dashboard for you.
